Return & Exchange Policy

At Printory, we strive to deliver high-quality 3D printed products and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

The following policy applies to returns and exchanges:

Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in your order.

Shipping Fees

If the error is from Printory (such as receiving a wrong item or a manufacturing defect), we will cover all shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping fees (both ways).

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original order.
